For Example: High value electronics exports to austere or humid climates are wrapped in air-tight vapor barrier bagging then secured inside a custom crate lined with anti-static polyethylene foam.GTS also supports many Programs and Missions with Pre-Built crates built to custom specifications and delivered to your door.

GTS crating services exceed both Mil Spec and ASTM standards (Designation: D6256/D6256M-10), which ensures the safe transport of your materials to anywhere in the world.ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standards underpin GTS’ packing and crating quality processes and box shop management.
All lumber used for crating, blocking, and bracing is of high quality and conforms to International Standards for Phytosanitary Measure No. 15 (ISPM-15).
Quality Control
GTS ensures customer satisfaction with its custom crates with Team training, strict quality processes, and attention to detail. Bar coded material is scanned as packed then the completed crate is bar coded and scanned. GTS saves photos of each crating process in PBL-Vu © for future access.
To ensure that finished packing & crating quality, marking and labeling meet GTS’ ISO Standards, two GTS supervisors perform a Quality Check on every crate prior to release for transport.
